DAILY AGENDA, TUESDAY 2/3/09

REMEMBER I AM GONE TODAY, AGAIN. THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANY WORK. PLEASE WORK VERY DELIGENTLY, QUICKLY AND COMPLETE EVERYTHING I LEAVE YOU TO DO.

IS THE BOOKCASE ALL NICE AND NEAT???? DID YOU LEAVE 3RD PERIOD WITH ALL THE BOOKS STANDING UP STRAIGHT, NICE A PRETTY??? If the answer is no, please make sure you do that today!!! This is a test.

No one left me any comments yesterday so I am assuming that all went well yesterday and everyone was able to do their work!!??

WARM-UP:
1) log on, check blog
2) spend 7 minutes on http://www.freetypinggame.net/
3) Take at least 2 ONE minute typing tests

• Open your donation spreadsheet.
• Record your best timed test, words per minute, number in today's box on your spreadsheet.
• EXAMPLE: if you typed 15 words a minute, then type 15wpm (in the box)
• IF the typing site is not working then go to www.freerice.com and spend 7 minutes working on your vocabulary.

CLASS ACTIVITIES:

I realized tonight that your class period was shorter today, so it is possible you did not finish all of the work I assigned from yesterday. If that is true, then you need to get it ALL DONE TODAY, with the extra blog post assignment that I added for today.

1) Get your big blue spiral textbook.

2) Complete the exercises I assigned yesterday. Below are the page numbers and exercise numbers and data file you need to complete today's assignment.

Don't forget to INCLUDE YOUR NORMAL CLASS HEADER AND FOOTER. YOU NEED TO PRINT OUT EACH DOCUMENT ONCE YOU FINISH IT AND TURN IT IN TO THE 3RD PERIOD TURN IN TRAY.

2/2, pg. 181-182 #1 , Payroll (Save as xxx-Payroll)

2/2, pg. 182-183 #2, Expenses (Save as xxx-Expenses)

2/2, pg. 184-185 #2, Sales Data (Save as xxx-Sales Data)

2/2, pg. 185-top of 186 #3, My Schedule (Save as xxx-MySchedule)

3) Go to your Excel Vocab blog post you should have created and posted last week.

Add the following 2 terms and their definitions to that blog post and re-post. Just EDIT your original post titled Excel Vocab. (please ask for help if you do not understand what I am asking, see Yesy or Jackson)

• print titles
