Daily Agenda, Friday 2/6/09

WARM-UP:
1) log on, check blog
2) spend 10 minutes on http://www.freetypinggame.net/
3) Take at least 2 ONE minute typing tests
* Open your donation spreadsheet.
* Record your best timed test, words per minute, number in today's box on your spreadsheet.
* EXAMPLE: if you typed 15 words a minute, then type 15wpm (in the box)
* IF the typing site is not working then go to http://www.freerice.com/ and spend 10minutes working on your vocabulary.


CLASS ACTIVITIES:
1) PRINT OUT YOUR WARM-UP SPREADSHEET. (the Wordplanner spreadsheet you are supposed to be putting your warm-ups amounts on ~ donations to free rice or timed writing numbers) TURN IN YOUR SPREADSHEET TO THE TURN IN BOX BY THE END ON THE PERIOD TODAY!

2) Get your big blue spiral textbook.
3) Open your book to page 203. Continue working with Unit 2, Lesson 2. Still in Exel.

* Don't forget to INCLUDE YOUR NORMAL CLASS HEADER AND FOOTER. YOU NEED TO PRINT OUT EACH DOCUMENT ONCE YOU FINISH IT AND TURN IT IN TO THE 3RD PERIOD TURN IN TRAY.

I DO NOT HAVE THE FILES YOU WILL NEED TO USE FOR THE REST OF LESSON 2 WITH ME. SO JACKSON, WILL YOU PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE SHOW EVERYONE HOW TO GET TO THE FILES ON THE J:/ DRIVE. THEY ARE THERE. MAKE SURE YOU GO INTO THE UNIT 2 LESSON 2 FOLDER TO GET TO THE FILES. Thanks Jackson, that would help me a lot.

Everyone needs to work all period long. Be good and get lots and lots and lots DONE TODAY. IT WOULD BE REALLY GREAT IF YALL FINISH LESSON 2 TODAY.
